I am pretty sure God only speaks through the Bible. Anything else is pretty much questionable. Why do we need to hear an audible voice when we have Scripture? It doesn't make sense to me. How can someone claim to have certainty that an inner prompting is from God?

I think God does still speak today. Even though I would agree that him speaking through a radio is a little weird. The way to hear his voice, in my opinion, is to listen to the promptings of the Holy Spirit in your heart.
